Opportunity Overview

Your main responsibility will be to sell Matchmaking / Dating Memberships to singles in person out of our office in Tulsa, OK. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to build rapport and discuss the potential client’s needs, then explain how our dating membership will benefit them. All the leads are preset for you.

The work schedule could look like this...it is a 4 day a week position and is FULL-TIME
Tuesday – 11am – 7pm
Thursday – 11am – 7pm
Friday - 11am - 7pm
Saturday – 9am – 4pm

Ideal Candidate

To be a Dating Sales Specialist, you need to be someone who is passionate about helping others find their special someone, and is enthusiastic about sharing that passion with others. In addition, you need to be a sales professional with at least two years of sales experience.

Ideal industries that do well come from Timeshare Sales, Education Sales, Dating Sales, Med Sales or any Sales Industries where it is a short emotional sales cycle.

Qualifications and Skills:
2+ years of recent sales experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong closing skills
Good computer skills
Loves love and has the passion for this industry

Compensation plan is set up with a small base salary plus high commissions on your weekly sales.
First year realistically is about $50,000 - $80,000 total comp...that includes a base salary of $500 a week plus 10% commissions on all sales
